Photograph reproduction cannot be guaranteed. Customers should proofread their ad each month and notify us promptly of any changes or mistakes. The publisher's liability for errors, printing or omissions is limited to one free additional month of service. All signs and equipment taken from the For Sale by Owner office is property of the For Sale by Owner magazine. Once taken from the premises, seller is responsible for upkeep and return of signs and equipment. A $25 deposit is required for all yard signs and flyer box. If signs are returned damaged a portion or all of the deposit will be forfeited; if stolen, all of the deposit is forfeited.
